As true believers in the value of good design, we work with independent award-winning architects to design for our clients. These designs, we build to the highest of standards. If you already have your designs ready, we can jump a step and dedicate our construction team to your project.

We offer analytical, itemised quotes based on a set of architectural drawings so you can make an informed decision which is right for you personally and financially. 

We offer all in one packages 

We keep things simple and offer a one-stop shop for your future home. Our team leads a streamlined process from start to finish, collaborating with consultants and architects, and managing the construction process to offer you a synthesised high-end product. This streamlined process keeps costs down, savings which are passed on to you. 

Our homes are thermally efficient 

We achieve A-grade thermal performance in our homes. This means your home is more comfortable in summer and winter. Less energy consumption means your bills will be smaller, as will your carbon footprint.  

We build sustainably 

Building construction and operations represent 26% of the total global Greenhouse Gas emissions, the cause of climate change. Our homes have high thermal efficiency, thereby reducing emissions through reduced operational energy requirements during the life of a building. To build we choose materials which either have low embodied carbon or are entirely recyclable.

We believe in being part of the solution, not the problem, and so we advise our clients on the sustainable merits particularly of timber frame and steel frame homes.  

We care about materials 

Everything we do is built to last. We have strict quality control processes in place and uncompromisingly high standards. We carefully source our raw materials. Ask to see our homes in any city. Decades later they are in great condition.

We're not salespeople

We have no sales team. When you speak to us you speak directly to qualified designers and contractors. Any questions and concerns, we’re here to answer them with knowledge and professionalism.
